Withdrawal $14K + Problem

I played and won over $14,000.00 at Cool-Cat Casino and have been verified after sending in my documents several times. I was approved for some of my withdrawals and told it would be 7 to 10 days and that was on June 21st. I am aware that they will remove some bonus / promo money and have a $2500.00 per week limit. I have not seen anything at all as far as payments. I choose the check method to be paid and was told again two weeks ago that I would receive the first one in 6 to 10 days. I like this casino and the representatives are very nice both online and on the phone. After checking up on the casino I began to become worried as they seem to have a slow payout reputation. I have seen them resolve almost all of the issues presented here so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt. I hope you can assist me in getting this resolved as soon as possible.

As far as the June items I will close that out as I will go with what you have explained to me...

Thanks for confirming that you've received the previous wire. I've gone ahead and requested your next withdrawal be paid--as soon as I have the transaction details, I'll be sure to update you.

Regarding the withdrawals going back to June, I'm at a loss at this point as how to explain this. Between my Payments Manager and myself, we've gone over this with you in varying ways--I would think this would have been crystal clear by now.

Can you tell me exactly what it is/why it is that you're not understanding this? I'm not trying to be rude or facetious--I'm sincere in that I want to know where you're getting tripped up on this, so I can present this in a way that you'll find clear.

Hi everyone,

I received the 9/16 deposit for a bit over $1800.00 on Friday and the 10/11 one for a bit over $2400.00 on Saturday. I still await the others. Thank you...:)

I'm still not understanding the $9500.00 from June...

Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
