Cool Cat Casino - Withdrawal time is horrible!!

It's been over 10 business days and my withdrawal is still pending. I've chatted with CS agents who say they will escalate it and sorry for the delay. Then after it is approved I can expect 10-14 more business days to process the payment and then another un-specified amount of days for whoever is processing my payment. So if you are counting that's 7-10 working days to process the withdrawal if they are on time which they are not. It has currently been 19 calendar days and my withdrawal is still pending. I am owed $500 by this casino and I fully expect a 2 month time frame to get my winnings. Keep this in mind before dumping all kinds of money to this Casino. I've had to keep messaging CS agents at Cool Cat and one of their sister Casinos to try and keep the process moving. Again another casino happy to take your money and make you jump through hoops to take a withdrawal. There are better casinos on-line that actually process payments in a timely manner. I suggest doing research before spending hard earned money.

I've looked into this for you, along with your other claim (Club Player) and while I can't give a good explanation as to why your withdrawals fell through the cracks, they did.

In an effort to make things right, we are expediting this via Western Union. You can expect notice containing the MTCN (control number) on or before the end of the business day, Monday. There will be zero withdrawal fees applied.

Thank you for the reply. I notice all of my withdrawal requests have been approved. So Instead of wire transfer I will get the money via Western Union? I will just be happy to get it. Thanks for your help and I will certainly reply here once the money has been received.
