$2500 withdrawal requested on 5/29/21 - No approval, no contact, no payment.
Their site clearly states "7-10 days to approve your withdrawal". It's been 15x that long.
Embarrassing for Cool Cat, how do they not know a player has withdrawals pending for 3 months? I've contacted player support several times to "escalate" this and nothing happens. I cannot understand how they don't have this automated to approve and pay withdrawals like other casinos.
