On 8/12 I submitted 2 withdrawals for $2500 and $2000 that have yet to be approved and it's been more than 10 business days.
I was playing with $2000 worth of comp points, so I believe only the $2000 payment will go to me, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
I have confirmed that I met my playthrough and that my documents are in order.
Can anyone help get these approved and sent off for payment?
