Withdrawal not being processed in a timely manner
I submitted a withdrawal on 7/4/21 and it is now 8/15/21 and still no payment. All documents and payment information has been submitted and verified. I have contacted support via live chat and phone calls but still get the same "sorry for the delay" answers. I understand the same payment team processes withdrawals for both Cool Cat and Royal Ace and I am having the same issue with both. I have already submitted a complaint against Royal Ace. I also play Chumba casino and my withdrawals are in my account with 48 hours. I don't understand what the problem is with this payment team and why payments can't be sent on a timely basis as per their Terms and Conditions (7 - 10 days).
