On August 17, 2024 I requested a payout of $2500. I waited for their timeframe of 7 to 10 business days and contacted them on the 10th or 11th business day. The agent stated it was still in process but that he would escalate it and confirmed my bitcoin address. I waited again and contacted days later And was told by this representative that it was never escalated like it was supposed to be, and that he would escalate it through his manager and asked for all my information in which I gave, and you can see through the screenshots. The next business day, I went back into my account to find that my withdrawal was back into my account. No correspondence from them either through email or email in regards to any of this. I contacted them again and told them that I could not withdraw my money through bitcoin and that it was denied. The last time I went through this, I was told through here that I could withdraw with bitcoin. I again argued that nowhere on their site. Does it show that you need to deposit with bitcoin to withdraw it bitcoin. I asked the agent where this information was but he totally ignored my question and moved on and said he needed my bank information for me to get my withdrawal, please help!
