Withdrawal delays again and again
Hi there.
I’ve been attempting to withdraw from my account. It keeps saying processing. I’ve reached out to employees on the chat. They look into it and say that it’ll be escalated. They apologize. The next time they said they’d escalate the escalation.
I’ve been attempting and messaging since early June? Might have been the end of May.
I’ve attached a few screenshots for your viewing. I do have to say the customer service on the chat is great. I just wish withdrawals were quicker. Also note that I’ve received emails asking to resubmit my info which I’ve done and it was approved.
