On April 1 I requested a withdrawal of $2500. I did use a bonus when I deposited and left that bonus amount in my account for them to take back in which they did. I requested a withdrawal via bitcoin. I reached out via live chat a few days later checking on the withdrawal status to which the representative stated that I needed to give them a bitcoin, wallet address to send the money to and they would escalate because it looked like it was missing. I gave them the bitcoin address and then waited a few more days and checked back in my account to see that my withdrawal had been cancelled without any communication from them. I then reached back out via chat regarding my withdrawal request, and was then told that I could not withdraw via bitcoin without having deposited via bitcoin, I asked the representative where, on their website that was stated, because I could not find it anywhere. That representative stated that they could not direct me to where that was written, because there was nowhere to find that written on their website I reached out again today, asking to speak to a manager to which I was told by this next representative that this matter was not an escalated matter , I was told the only way I could withdraw was via wire transfer, which I do not feel comfortable doing and giving out all that personal information. Very misleading and would have never deposited. Had I known I could not withdraw a bitcoin please help.

I have emailed the requested bitcoin information but have yet to hear back or receive the funds in my bitcoin account.

Hi Christine--

I've sent you two emails this week (4/15 & 4/18), asking that you please request the withdrawal again. The funds were placed back in your account while we were waiting for your crypto address.

Can you please request the withdrawal and drop me an email once you've done so?
