Cool Cat Casino - Withdrawal approvals not in timeframe

On 12/16 I withdrew $30,000. I have had only one withdrawal approved since I made the withdrawals. I need help ensuring the casino processes the withdrawal approvals (and hence the payments) in the timeframe they defined in their terms and conditions. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Hi Christy--

Yowza--congrats on this latest win! ;-)

I have you on my 'to do' list with this, however, we have to finish with Planet 7 before moving on to these withdrawals (just two weeks to finish those).

I'd like to ask that in the meantime, would you mind temporarily putting this complaint on hold? It can certainly be re-opened as soon as the Planet 7 payments are issued.

There is actually only one more Planet7 payment left (you can PM me for more details). So if you don't care, we will just leave the status of this one as it is now. 96 hours from now I am thinking Planet7 should be done.
