Withdrawal and account verification delayed without any valid reason
Hello I am a paying customer with Cool cat casino, I played $30 and won $508. I submitted my authorization form and after going back and forth with customer service, I got an email saying that my account is now verified.
Then I got an email from 2nd agent she said they don't take Chime debit, Paypal debit , Skrill debit and CasgApp debit. I said it is ok I have Chase bank, I got a ran around she want to know if it is a preferred account.
Then she asked me for my country where I was born and where I live.
I was born in Morocco but for the last 30 years I have been living in USA and I am an American.
She said she need proof of my documents from Morocco and they don't need to be expired.
I don't know what to do , I am an American . All these just excuses for not paying . I gave them all the documents they need and so fa we are going to 30 days without paying.
