This may be a duplicate, I am not sure if my other submission went through. I had winnings from cool cat casino approved on 12/20/2023 and have not received the funds yet. The current withdraw is for $2500.

I had won more than that and didn't have any problems with my other winnings, however they have not issued the last payment they owe me. THey have inexplicably removed my VIP status and also will not respond to my chat messages with their customer service, I have been waiting for them to respond for over an hour and a half, the other day I waited two hours and no response.

I have attached copies of the transactions from my account showing the withdraw was requested, approved and never paid as well as copies of the emails I received when I initiated the withdraws and a screenshot of the chat I am in right now, that I have been waiting for over an hour for a response. I am not new to the RTG casinos, I am well familiar with their rules and have been playing on them since 2017. I have deposited thousands over the past couple month. This is atypical and it it getting concerning that I have not received my last payment. For some reason I am not able to upload the rest of my documents I can email them if needed.

The second to last line on the document that did go through is the final payment I requested, I had $7.5k in withdraws requested at that time. I was paid one for $2500 and received that on 12/8, I had the other bitcoin withdraw approved on 12/20 and I cancelled the third and played on it on 12/24. I am still missing one payment.

The issue was resolved, but only because I reached out to askgamblers. I was unable to get through to the casino support and I was paid a few days after I filed my complaint. Thank you!
