Hi Askgamblers,

I have been waiting over 6 months for a withdrawl request and it was re-deposited after approved. I don't know why.

On Oct 19, 2023, I submitted withdraw request for 2184 wire transfer.
6 months later on April 2 2024, 2184 was approved for payment.
I waited for payment. No payment.
2 months later on June 11, 2024, 2184 was re-deposited.
I don't know why.

the transaction history says:

June 11, 07:30 am
Re-deposit Deposit approved
$2184.00

June 11, 07:30 am
Re-deposit Deposit requested
$2184.00

Payment was not declined. It was approved and I wait 8 months.

Please help me with my payment.

Hi Fred--

I've checked on this account and I see a note stating that the ID you've sent is not entirely clear and has some shadows on the corners.

Can you please send clear copies of your ID (front & back), showing all four corners? I've attached my email address for you to use--please send the copies directly to me.

As soon as I receive this, I'll arrange for your payment to be sorted.
