Hello, i'm having troubles with my withdraw of 1100$ that was approved on 8/6 by the casino manager. today is the 12th day from that it was approved but still now money in my moneybookers account. I have contacted the withdraw department two times now and they just told me that they have send a note to their finance department. That was last week on 21/6. but no answer for there.
I'm starting to think that they are looking for a reason that they don't have to pay. They all ready told that I cant no more use their no playthrough and nl max cashout bonuses and woke me up now because I cant get my money. all so they send me an vip deposit donus message and I ask about that from the vip department who told me I even shouldnt have get that message and they are sorry for that.
