I just want my coolcat account permanently closed but every time I enter into chat I wait for up to an hour with no operator before closing chat and my emails are never responded to. The simplest things seem to be the hardest for this “casino” I just want them to close my account for good and delete my information. < content removed it's not relevant to the complaint >.
