Waiting to long for payment

Hello, while I want to believe there is simply an increase in player activity just causing delays. Yet i do not feel it is fair to perpetually stall issuing a payout when they are so expedient to accept. I currently have a withdrawal pending for $900 on coolcatcasino. Initially I withdrew funds on 7/1 and was informed if documents needed to verify for what was very clearly a BTC withdrawal. After some back n fourth and insuring they received the correct documents my request was cancelled and I was told to re-initiate and undertake a new set of instructions and documents to verify my process. On 7/8 I was told to email someone my account name, a picture of my ID, a picture of me holding my id and holding a newspaper from that day, as well as my btc address. On 7/12-7/13 I returned the latest requests and received a response that it has been received and the money would be sent if no further problems. I contacted support via chat a day or two days later and they said it should be approved within 5-7 days. It’s now been longer than that and I contacted support via live chat again and was told my withdrawal is still pending and hasn’t been approved and all they can do is to forward my question to the finance department. I was then told for umpteenth time to check back in 5/7 days and they will give me a response. How this whole process is taking so long I don’t understand and if it weren’t for me reaching out I would have received none of the updates they’ve promised along the way or discovered they have a separate process for btc since I’ve never used a credit card. However they received my ID, multiple documents and official paperwork verifying my address, my btc address, proof of myself with current newspaper, and signed account verification form multiple times. Any update to this would be great and hopefully it’s not even needed but just Incase. On top of this all in the last email I was told once it’s finally approved , then the payment process (which is another 5-7 days) begins. If this is true then okay but the site terms need to be updated that the withdrawal process is actually multiple parts that each take 5-7 days to complete and the entire process should take approx a month. Anything other is disingenuous at best.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Cool Cat Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

What you've stated in your last post is not quite accurate: "didn’t break rules, didn’t use multiple accounts."

The fact of the matter is that you most certainly did break the rules, throughout our network of casinos. You've opened multiple accounts in casinos in our network using variations on names and addresses and this is in clear violation of our terms and conditions:

General Terms & Conditions for Membership

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.

12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:
a. If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;

Your winnings have been voided and all accounts involved have been banned.

I've sent the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof what I've stated is accurate.

Great update...shortly after this was posted I went back yet again to check the status of my withdrawal and suddenly couldn’t login, changed password still couldn’t log in. Opened a live chat and gave them my details and now they won’t tell me anything other than my account has been removed and is no longer allowed access. This is so so so disappointing I can’t even believe after all this, that’s the path they chose to take and I really would like an answer how they so willingly take my money until I attempt to cashout, didn’t break rules, didn’t use multiple accounts, gave them all real b up to date documents. Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
