$2,500 and $700 withdrawal payments delayed over one month
After submitting all necessary account verification documents and confirming the receipt and approval of the same, I submitted a $2,500 bitcoin withdrawal on December 2, 2020 and a $700 bitcoin withdrawal on December 3, 2020. Upon submission of each withdrawal, I received a confirmation message indicating my submission was received, would be reviewed within 5 business days and if there were any problems or questions that I'd be contacted by one of their specialists. 5 business days came without any approval or contact, instead, my withdrawals remained pending. Since then, I have chatted several times with customer service (I have screenshots of the communications), and each time I was essentially told: sorry for the delay, your withdrawals are still pending, we are elevating your withdrawal submission to the relevant team, we are confident it will be promptly processed, check back in X amount of time. I provided the casino with a reasonable amount of time to process the withdrawals prior to submitting this complaint. Throughout this process, I have been given different timelines and different explanations about the approval/withdrawal process. Through it all, my withdrawal requests are still pending - this has been a very unreasonable delay. A history of my chats with the casino's customer service team is as follows: (in attachments)
