I've have been getting the run around for 2 weeks on this withdrawal procedure.
I've verified my identity several times. I've also already provided a credit card authorization form but to no avail.
I've been trying to receive a call back and no is calling back or answering the phone or emails. This is very unprofessional and does not warrant me to stay or deposit as a customer.
