I requested a $1586 withdrawal on May 9th, four weeks later it is still in the pending state. All documents have been approved so that is not the issue. I have contacted Live chat 3 times inquiring about the delay and I have been told 3 times that it is being escalated. One of the reasons I am concern is because from this Casino group I have waited as long as 5 months before and I do not want this to happen again.

I'm pleased to tell you that your withdrawal was sent to our processor, Tuesday: 9/15 Paid $1078 + no Service Fee for transaction #210009190. I would expect to have tracking for this, early next week.
