On December 5th I had a withdrawal requested in the amount of $411 ($600 minus the bonus of $189). I have an email dated Dated December 5th, ref. ticket number 5479699 saying all banking documents are approved and that the withdrawal will be approved within 7 business days. The withdrawal was approved on December 9th. Funds are said to be sent within 7-10 business days which brings us to December 23rd. As of today, I have not received anything. In fact, I was told just a few days ago it was being "elevated" to payments. Today I was told payment would be made in 7-10 days from today. I feel like I keep getting told the check is coming but it's not and I don't have time to check every few days with the folks on the live chat. I would appreciate any sort of help in ensuring the funds are going to be sent immediately.

Hi Chad--

I apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.

I've reviewed your account and unfortunately, because you've indicated you bank with a credit union, we will not be able to issue payment in check form. In order to issue payment, we will need to receive wire details for a large banking institution.

I've just sent you an email regarding this. As soon as I receive your reply with your alternate banking details, I'll be able to have your withdrawal paid.

I'm sorry for the slow reply--to be honest, I could have sworn I'd replied already. I must be getting old...

The good news is that your withdrawal was sent to our processor, last Thursday: 1/16 Paid $411 + no Fee for transaction # 190033330. As our processor is running a bit behind, I expect this will reach your account, early next week (possibly sooner).
