I submitted a withdrawal request that was approved on 11/13 for $100. I received several emails requesting documents, then requesting additional documents that needed to be sent to a different email address. After several denials, I was emailed and informed that all documents had been received and the payment was approved. I was told it would take 7-10 days to receive payment. Its been 15 days with no check received. Ive sent 3 emails to "suppo­[email protected]­coo­lca­t-c­asi­no.com" and "[email protected]­coo­lca­t-c­asi­no.com" with no results, not even a reply. I now have a $300 withdrawal request that I'm worried that I'll never receive either. HELP!!!!

Hi Daniel--

I apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.

I've reviewed your account and I see that your first withdrawal ($100) was delivered to you, yesterday (Thursday).

Your second withdrawal was sent to our processor, Tuesday: 12/2 Paid $222 + no Service Fees for transaction #202723820. I would expect to have tracking for this towards the beginning of next week.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested withdrawal amount, this is due to a bonus you used to build your balance. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total requested amount.

I'll be back as soon as your tracking comes through...

Tawni, Thanks for your reply. I received both checks today (12/3). The filing of a complaint with ASKGAMBLERS could have been avoided if someone at coolcat would have replied to my emails. I sent three but never received a reply. Overall, the time it took to receive the checks wasnt really that long (Ive waited longer) but no communication was an issue. Again, thanks for your reply and have a great day!
