I have played Cool Cat Casino over the years but haven’t played there for a while. I received a bonus e-mail on 1/26/24 inviting me to come back and play so I did. The maximum withdrawal was $500 and that is what I requested. I made a bitcoin deposit of $142 on 01/30/24 and didn’t win. I wanted to mention this, so the casino realizes I made a cash deposit although this was not a requirement. The withdrawal was approved on 2/12/24. I reached out at least 4 times since then and a couple times to live chat. I provided my id which was approved and my bitcoin wallet address. Now I receive no acknowledgement or silent treatment. Is this how they entice old players to come back to the casino? They gave me the case number 153730265 for future reference.
