I have waited the amount of time I have verified my information more than once. Now I am restricted from casino. They won't talk to me. My first winnings in amount of $300.
They only paid 114. My second winning $100. They haven't paid anything to me. It's been a few months now since first withdrawal request. I want my winnings. It doesn't take three months. Restricting me only says how faulty they are. I've been given the run around told to be patient its coming.i do have emails of chat conversations too that I had with them

I've checked into your complaint and there are two issues here:
First, you have multiple accounts with the casino, which is strictly prohibited--this is enough to revoke your account(s) and void your winnings.

General Terms & Conditions for Membership
5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.
Second, the withdrawal you requested came from an uncollected deposit. Essentially, your bank declined the deposit and as such, the casino never received the funds to begin with.
With all this in mind, your accounts have been closed and no withdrawal will be paid. All evidence has been sent to AskGamblers management for verification.
