I have made three withdrawal request all on the same day 05/23/2021 all three still pending approval.
It's now been over a month and eight live chats later each one telling me its been escalated to wait a few days and check back which I do, and again I am told they will escalate it for me which still has not work.
Over a month later, still waiting for at least one to be approved.

7/4 Paid $4636 + no Service Fee for transactions #210693466 ($2,136), #210693483 ($2,500) - this wire was confirmed as completed on the 5th, so I would expect the funds have arrived into your account by now.
7/5 Paid $1400 + no Service Fee for transaction #210765995 - this wire was confirmed on the 7th so I would imagine the funds will reach your account early next week (if not already).
Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
