Payment processor issues
I submitted a withdraw request, via wire transfer, on 8/5/22 in the amount of $2500. I had not been verified at that point, so that process took some time, which I understood. On 8/25/22, $2246 ($2500 less bonus and fees) was released to the processor. As of 10/4 I still have not received the funds. I've chatted several times with customer support and they keep telling me the processor is experiencing delays. I've requested the 15 digit trace number, as my bank as agreed to search for the transfer. CoolCat will not give it to me. I'm very disappointed in the response I've gotten from CoolCat.
