Requesting assistance to get my winnings paid from Cool Cat Casino. I won on Cool Cat Casino and requested a wire transfer on 06 June 2020. The Wire Transfer request was approved on 16 June 2020. As of today 03 July I have not received payment.

I've checked on this and I do see your payment was sent off to our processor: 7/3 Paid $2070 + $20 Service Fee for transaction #197412101. I contacted our processor and your wire was confirmed as completed on the 8th. I would expect that the funds have landed in your account by now. Can you please confirm?
