Past Due Pending Approvals
I currently have 4 pending withdrawals ($2,500 each) that have aged for over 25 business days and one calendar month since requested on May 14, 2021. I have submitted all documentation and verification required. Each day the customer support live chat representatives tell me they have escalated this issue, but again it has not progressed. I have sent dozens of email to the casino support and vip support department that have gone un-responded to. I am in need of this being escalated and paid out accordingly as the terms state 7 business days for approval and 7-10 for payout.
I have never waited this long with this casino and have regularly had a good experience. However this is well past due.
Please issue payment.
