On or about 04/13/20 I won a jackpot of $835 that I tried to withdraw . I sent all of the documents on 04/16/20 and waited . On or about 04/22/20 I found I could no longer login . I've tried numerous times to reach them since then with no response . Please let me know what else I can do , Thank you for your help , John
