Cool Cat Casino - Non payment

This will be the 2nd online casino that has not paid me. Palace of chance has not and now call cool cat 2 months ago. I was supposed to be paid $666. I have chatted at least 7 or 8 times. Been told the money on the way, they never received documents, it was processing. I truly believe that these places are ripoff and I do not get paid because I have paid way into the thousands and don't get money in return. I know how to submit documents. I'm not stupid besides trusting that these places that take your money and dont pay out.

Before I can begin to address your withdrawal, there is a serious issue relating to charge backs made against the casino. I believe one of our Payments Manager's has reached out to you regarding this, however, you've not replied.

Can you please explain why you've initiated these charge backs?
