I have tried numerous times to get live chat but it doesn't exist any longer. I have requested several call back and received none. Have sent many emails and nothing. I don't understand why I can't get an answer. The withdrawal request was approved (797.00) on 9/6/19 (today is the 17th business day) and still no wire transfer and no answers or explanations.

I've checked on your account and I see that your payment has already been sent to our processor. We had a bit of a delay with some wires, but I'm happy to tell you that the wire was confirmed as completed on the 7th. I would guess the payment will show in your account later today or tomorrow (if it hasn't already).
