I began playing at Cool Cat in late July of 2018. I played numerous times and eventually had success. I presently have over $10,000 in withdrawals of which over half have been approved dating back to 8/7 Despite numerous emails and live chats which promised payment, I've not received and money. Authorization documents have been approved. I would appreciate any help you can do.
