I signed up with Cool Cate Casino in July Followed the rules of the playthrough where I could withdraw $100 from my winnings (was over$300)
I then enquired how does it go about withdrawing the funds. Afterward, I submitted my document as per instructions.
After receiving confirmation that my documents have been received there has not been further communication from Cool Cats Casino after they confirmed processing takes up to 5 working days.
I've sent numerous emails asking for assistance to no avail. They seem to have disconnected the 24/7 chat function.
My Balance was $100 I canceled my withdraw request and played again and the new balance is $228 and as it is now I can't withdraw anything not even the $100.
Please assist
