No payment and verified in 3 different ways

I currently am owed $20,000 from cool cat casino. There is no reason they shouldn't pay me. Ie; bonus limits, id verification etc.. I have verified through huyu or whatever there id verification company, sent them pictures of myself with my id, of numerous bills with my name and date on them. (They keep refusing the documents for ridiculous reasons) like a tax document regarding tax year 2020 didn't have a date on it. Well, if you can think about it, nobody gets these tax docs until the year is up... But ok, so I send in a few more until finally thats approved. So after im verified through their company, have sent them pics of me and my id, they tell me I need to get a newspaper to take a picture with. Well there are none in my town or anywhere near it. (I spent 8 hours looking and calling places) and for whatever reason a newspaper is the only thing that will verify me. At this point its been Weeks! 4 weeks since I first requested a withdrawal. Nothing, funny thing is they NEVER asked me where to send me the money, I feel like its pretty obvious why.. I have screenshots of conversations with their staff, as well as screenshots of pretty much everything I could that had to do with the withdrawals... Last they tell me I can only hope to withdrawal from them a max of 2500 every 10 days? I'm extremely frustrated with this situation, especially seeing as I have spent Thousands, thousands and now that I have won, they have had me put 40, 50 hours of time into verification and hassling them for an answer that I still don't have. When am I getting my money?

I sincerely apologize for all the frustration you've been having with this.

I completely understand your situation with the newspaper--I've spent quite a bit of time in your town, as well as SLO, so I certainly know the limitations. To get past this, there are a few other bits that would work in place of the newspaper: A passport, credit card with your name on it, military ID, etc. You'll still need to hold this up to your face, along with your ID and snap a selfie. Also, we do still need your current crypto address.

I've attached my email address (privately)--please send all of this directly to me. As soon as I receive this, I'll arrange to have your payment sorted, without delays.

Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
