No approvals for half a year at Coolcat
Hello,
My complaint concerns Coolcat casino.
I had a win there on 3/25/2021 of $2374
I made a withdrawal request for the full amount on 4/6/2021
The request ID is #8565794
I continued to play at Coolcat and had a win of $5000 on 5/18/2021.
Nothing happened with my April withdrawal request for a few months. On June 16 I finally inquired on chat and was informed by agent < full name removed > that the delay in approving my withdrawal request was due to the fact that I had not "updated" my bitcoin address. Although I was perplexed by this statement, I nevertheless immediately sent an email to info@casinosupportcenter.com with the same bitcoin address I had provided the casino in October of 2020.
On 7/14/2021 I made two withdrawal requests of $2500 each. The request IDs are #8757736 and #8757737
While making these requests I noticed that my April 6 request had still not been approved. I inquired in chat on July 21 and spoke with agent < full name removed >. He informed me that for some reason the back office had not yet "accepted" my updated bitcoin address. Denny told me to be patient: "We just need to wait for the finance team to accept your BTC crypto address."
I next inquired on 7/29/2021 and talked to agent < full name removed >. She asked to reconfirm my bitcoin address. I did so, and she assured me that I would be contacted by a support agent within the next three days.
That didn't happen. I next went back to chat on 8/10/2021 and talked to agent < full name removed >. Audrey again asked me to reconfirm my bitcoin address. In addition, she asked me to supply her with the reference number of Coolcat's reply to my June 16 email which had confirmed my bitcoin address. I told her that Coolcat had not replied to my email so I had no reference number to offer her. She told me to send another email with my bitcoin address to info@casinosupportcenter.com. I immediately did so, and this time I received a reply. It read:
"Thank you for contacting Casino Support Center.
Your request has been received, case # 9990079
A member of our Payout Team will be in contact within 3 business days to confirm receipt and for follow up inquiries. For future inquiries related to this case, please reference the above case number or reply to this e-mail."
I did not hear from anyone on Coolcat's support team for a week. I went back on chat on Aug 17 and talked with agent Kal (no last name). He told me that the "finance team specialists" were "reviewing" my bitcoin address and that "it actually could take 3-5 days to "to complete the approval review of your bitcoin payout details."
My last venture onto chat was on August 28, when I talked with agent < full name removed >. After asking me to confirm my bitcoin address Scott did take note of the fact that the case was with the "finance team specialist and that we could expect a reply within 2-3 business days." but "It could actually take 3-5 business days to complete the approval review of your bitcoin payout details."
My withdrawal requests of 4/6/2021 and 7/14/2021 have still not been approved. Can you help?
