Money unfairly taken out of my account

Username hahaharoflcopter I made a deposit of 250 July 16th with a bonus and wound up getting to 2500 and making it so I can withdraw. I did not violate any bonus rules and went over my rollover so my money was clean! YAY A CASINO WIN, or is it? Let’s take it back a week or so before this, I played on slots of Vegas and deposited 250 there as well, deposit said successful and so I went along playing, won about 1.3k only to see when I tried withdrawing my account was restricted. I eventually got them to say that my deposit didn’t go thru so they blocked my account, but when I checked my bank logs I never had a pending or completed transaction, so they messed up on their end with billing me 250 as I never received anything. I didn’t restrict it or anything I think what should of happened was my deposit should of been denied but they accidentally approved and gave me money, so all in all I played with ghost money was a transaction that never happened, not in any way my fault. Anyways, they eventually unrestricted my account but I couldn’t keep my money... anyways back to coolcat, I put in a withdraw for my money of 2500 and bam, account restricted again. I checked my logs with the card I paid for and the transaction is THERE AND POSTED, Nothing wrong at all with them getting my money and I have proof of it. At first they said they just needed to verify my account and when I send in the documents they will unrestrict me, which they did but they left out the 2500 I had pending for a withdraw, so I call again and they said that they never received the money at first, which then I had sent proof to them showing they did get it, there’s no way they didn’t. So they changed it to oh your account had “red flags” so we decided to send your money back. There’s no way they can accept my money so easily then when I win just try and refund my money so I’m not entitled to it. IM ENTITLED TO MY WINNINGS, I have the proof the deposit was Legit and my account is in goodnstandings. Please help me I really need my money this is unfair to the fullest.

Also, if this was the case about multiple accounts and such, why does it take until someone wins to take away that money but the thousands that get deposited you guys are fine with. I only have one cool cat account anyways and I have never charge backed a dime.

I only have one cool cat account, and are you referring to the “chargeback” that wasn’t actually a chargeback? Because your billing team messed up my deposit. I deposited 250 and received the money but you guys never correctly billed my account. I never had a pending or completed transaction so that is not my fault I was given funds instead of my payment being declined. I never had a transaction to dispute in the first place, so Therefore I’m not responsible for getting the money to play with that’s on you guys.

Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
