Misinformed Customer Representatives, Delayed $1,410 Withdrawal
I requested a withdrawal of my winnings at the beginning of May. Reached out to customer service for help as it was my first time in requesting. I had already submitted documentation and all but felt like needed to double check with support. Rep I spoke with told me he would email me what we had discussed(info needed) and to reply to his email directly so as to make sure everything was good to go. I did. After not hearing back from him I replied to his email again, and still no reply. So I contacted customer support again only to get told differently. So, I ended up resubmitting documents as well as HuuYou verification. But I was told that my request this time would be expedited since 1st rep dropped the ball on submitting my documents. The first rep had also told me that Capital One was a bank they worked with. After waiting and waiting I decided to log in one night to try Live Chat again only to see that my funds had been returned to my account. But not the initial $1,500 requested. Only $1,410 was put back into my account. I contacted support yet again. Once again got told different times and dates and also that Capital One was Not a bank they worked with so I needed to update my bank info. Which I did. I've submitted and resubmitted many times. Done everything I was instructed to do. Contacted support many times only to get different answers each time. Also refusing me a supervisor to speak with. Especially since everything was supposed to have been expedited since the first mess up. I was even told my withdrawal request had been approved several times but like I said I was then told different time frames as when I could expect my money. After being told of one approval on the 27th I was told I'd have to wait 7-10 days but my funds would be in my account....I had to make several requests two for $1,500 and the 3rd and final one though was for $1,400. But still haven't seen a penny even after jumping through multiple hoops. I have many screenshots of chats as well as emails
