Not exactly a complaint but things seem to be moving very slow at Cool Cat casino for this Veteran. So just asking that someone looks at my 3 new withdrawals that equal over 5K that I would like expedited. Tawni was amazing at responding and following through. I hope she is still there? If not. I hope that someone is able to fill her shoes?

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.
We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.
As Tawni stated above, we have been in contact almost daily and she has been incredible in getting to the bottom of everything. I have to apologize for being impatient to CoolCat. As Tawni stated, this was complicated and specific to my account and transactions that i was confused about. Understandably, until we were all satisfied with the result of the unwinding of the issue (which was pretty much my doing, by the way), the casino couldn't just pay my withdrawal.
CoolCat and I are completely in line with each other as of now and I am happy to say that this is resolved, in my opinion.

What initially appeared as a simple withdrawal issue was far more complicated than either Ursula or I anticipated. There were some double-charges on the processing end, followed by some chargebacks, as a result. This needed to be reconciled before anything.
I've been in touch with Ursula nearly daily basis and she's been wonderful in helping us work understand what's occurred. At this time, we just need to receive her Bitcoin crypto address, so that we can move forward with her payment. As soon as the payment is issued, I'll be sure to come back with an update.
