My first withdrawal request was in November but I was told I needed to send my ID so they cancelled my first request. I sent my ID on November 27th and on December 1st I made a new withdrawal request in the amount of $119.92. It was approved on December 14th and I was told it will take 7-10 business days to be send to my bitcoin address. Since then, they keep telling me to check back in 48 hours to see if there's an update but there's never an update. I reached out by email but no response there. I'd just like my money. I have all the screenshots of every live chat conversation and email if needed.
