Cool Cat Casino - Have not received yet my money

On the 4th of January I won $500 US . I done everything that I was received 2 emails stating that it will take 5-7 with reference tracking now since that date received many more tracking number and every email I sent with always replied that 5-7 days and always new ref number that 5 now . I sent many emails and spoken to customers care . I just received a email today stating that I had not sent any emails which is a total lie especially answering to sent email which my girlfriend help me and now not even sure which email to get the issue sorted..

Please help me.
