On March 22nd I had requested a payout of $1,000 this is within the guidelines as there's no Max withdrawal in my deposit. I send my ID I have sent them my birth date my full name my address everything that they've requested my Bitcoin address.

I've sent all this information twice they refused to issue payment and today they credited the payment back to my account is playable amount saying that they cannot confirm the information. Now they have to do the via chat.

At that point they have declined to withdrawal saying they didn't have sufficient information and that the waiting.

Would start over again so that'll be another week to two weeks a month or longer is ridiculously long to get withdrawals from your casino.

I've been told numerous times it's been escalated and they refuse to have it send now they canceled it through no fault of my own it's a stall tactic and they're playing games.

I apologize for the difficulties you've been experiencing with this.

I've reviewed your account and I see the only bit missing is a copy of a current utility bill--this needs to be in your name and sent to the address we have on file for you.

I've attached my email address. Please send your utility bill directly to me. Once I receive this, I'll arrange to have your withdrawal paid without further delays.

I don't have your email to send it too. I have Internet here at our new address, we're at 892 ridge road, moved last year. Our old address was140 north at. The bill I sent has the new address, where do I find your email address, I can't locate it. I have attached my bank statements, and the internet bill as well.

Our old apartment was all included. 140 north street, we lived there when I signed up. All the new documents are with our current address, 892 ridge road. I didn't have an email attached, that almost seems t me it's purposeful, going into yet another weekend. I have provided 6 different proofs of ID and address now.

Utilities , electric and gas are in my girlfriend Theresas name. Internet is in mine.

Shows approved, what's the timeframe now? Another week to 10 days? As this was no fault of mine, I would think this can be expected

Nope...not your fault at all.

As you've already seen, your documents were approved and your payment is scheduled to be paid tomorrow morning (Tuesday). :-)
