Deposit withdrawn from bank but not credited to account


Hello,
I am trying to get a deposit issue with cool cat casino handled. On 3-1-20 around 11:56pm I was logged into my account at cool cat casino and decided to make a deposit to my account in the amount of $30 I also paired it with the promotion - winmore300- after completing the deposit and submitting it to the casino I waited for my account to be credited the amount of my deposit plus the promotional bonus benefits requested. I received a email from cool cat stating my deposit had been approved and credited to my account along with some additional information about the charge that I would see in my bank statement. So after waiting for a little bit I checked in to see if my account was updated and my funds added. I found my account did have a credit in the amount of $5.00 for a promotion that had been add to my balance but not my deposit. I went back into the cashier area of the casino and found my deposit with a pending status in the deposit review section where there was a brief explanation of

“ Transaction Pending
We're sorry, but we are unable to verify the final status of the selected transaction and your balance could not be adjusted.

Please contact Customer Services and provide the following transaction identifier: 48190042

Thank you for your cooperation.”

Once I found this updated status I attempted to contact cool cat casino thru the online chat option but it would not Allow me to use the chat option stating that it was only available for depositing customers and it directed me to make a deposit or to send a message. I opted to send a message to cool cat casino to try and find out what the issue was with my deposit and try and get it taken care of so I could have the deposit finalized and my account credited. After sending the first initial message I realized that I had not added the deposit Identifier to my message so I sent another message that contained the transaction identification number with another description of the issue I was having regarding my deposit and getting it credited into my account.
After submitting my messages I received two confirmation emails letting me know they had received my messages and that they would get back to me with in 2 business days . I waited and never heard anything back from them and I also never received credit in my account for my deposit.
I attempted to contact them via the message option again on 2/4/20 through the website. I once again informed them of the issue I was having with my deposit and not receiving the credit for it in my account. I also let them know that the charge they had submitted to my bank account for my deposit had been paid and had cleared.
I also attempted to contact them via the phone number provided for deposit assistance at the time and was unable to reach anyone to speak with but the automated recording gave me the option to leave a voicemail so they could get back to me, so I did leave a voicemail in which I stated the problem I was having along with the information I had for the deposit I had made and been charged for.
Currently they have not made any attempt to contact me by email or phone call and I have not received a crediting my account for my deposit. I feel as though I have given them ample time to address the problem and they have not in any way. At this point I no longer want to have my deposit credited to my account. I would like to be refunded the full amount of my deposit and I no longer wish to have any financial dealings with them due to the horrible lack of customer support and communication I have experienced.
Any assistance you can offer to help me get my money returned would be greatly appreciated. I am also providing photos for proof of my claims if you would let me know Thank you in advance.

Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
