Withdrawal requested Jan 7, Successfully completed Hooyu identity verification Jan 11. (email attached) All email chats attached. Feb 3 and they still have not processed my payout of $857.00. Although you're looking for a complaint with at least 300 words, I don't know what else there is tosay except that your help with this is appreciated!

no help from live chat support. (see attached) They want a LETTER from my bank which is ridiculous since CoolCat doesn't even have a phone number to provide telephone support. I will never play here again. Your help is appreciated and I'm hoping once I'm able to deposit the money they owe me AskGamblers will assist in helping me close my account at CoolCat and at WildVegas.

My bank, Chase Bank, is unable to accept your check for deposit because your bank, Bank of Montreal, is not registered in the system. The manager at my branch attempted several times to input your bank's info manually but it still didn't work. As a reference of proof my bank regularly accepts international checks please see attached.
