Delaying payment and unable to give me any actual reason


All the way back in December of 2018 I won a decent amount of money at Cool Cat casino and decided to withdraw my winnings in order to do so I had to make multiple request due to their limit of $2,500 per transaction after from what then seemed like very long delay of being approved and When they finally sent my first payment by check I deposited into my bank account and it bounced it was flagged as fraud and my bank decided to close down my bank account which I thought was insane because I had other funds in there but after a long time of going back and forth from the casino to the bank feeling powerless and not getting any help from casino or bank and making sure bank didn't know what I received funds for the bank give me my previous funds back and decided to cash the check which I thought was strange due to the fact that everything they did anyways that is not my problem today after doing that and contacting the casino telling them I cleared everything up because they were not paying me until I clearing the first check up they all of a sudden told me I was only eligible now for Bitcoin withdrawals which I was totally against at first but I wanted to just get this going and be done with dealing with the casino so I agreed and set up a Bitcoin address by this time it is already a June 2019 I have received one payment from them and had six more pending after more delay the sent my next payment to my Bitcoin address my first payment of Bitcoin seemed like it was kind of easy so I didn't argue to be paid my next payment same way this time only had you contact the casino a few times compared to the many many times it took before to be paid after dealing with a payout specialist o was paid 4 days later my next payment with approved September 5th receive nothing contacting casino multiple times they finally escalated my case I waited 272 hours they said to and contacted them again requesting an update payout specialist told me she would escalated and I told her she already did that 72 hours ago then out of nowhere she said looks like your payment is being delayed due to your documents expiring (which I thought was insane but not going to go into that right now)... so I made sure I filled out and sent in. the requested documents rite as the chat ended waited a few more days contacting them again she told me that she could see my documents I sent and would Escalate my case once again but I have to wait over the weekend cuz they were closed Saturday the next day I received an email from the documents department stating they verified my documents and appreciated me sending them in after the weekend I let all day go by and contacted them Monday night September 30th 2019 this time I was told I can't talk to a payout specialist they're working on it they don't have any more information and it would be paid rite away as soon as the earliest possible still nothing and I tried again today and was refused to be connected with the specialist and I just had to wait they have no further info and I feel like this is just unprofessional and shows very poor customer appreciation If any I do t know what else to do I just want to be paid the rest of what I won and be finished dealing with them need some help please

Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
