Delayed Withdrawal Process, Payments, And Errors
I am waiting on my express wire transfer for $417 that I was told was approved on 2/25. I also just received an email notification that my second bank wire withdrawal request for the remaining $982 was denied but was not given any specific reason. The entire verification process at this casino was ridiculous as I was being told they did not get all the documented they needed. I have provided these documents several times per their request. I have all the emails and chat transcripts to prove this. I cannot even count the number of times I had to initiate an online chat because I received an email stating they still don't have everything. It seems there is a lack of any communication between teams at this casino. In order to even submit a withdrawal, one of the managers had to submit the express wire transfer for me. After initiating another online chat speaking with Jim S, he had asked me to allow him time to review my account, then literally just left the chat. I initiated another online chat (#27 in the que waiting). Finally spoke with Emma, who confirmed since I deposited with Bitcoin, I can also withdraw with Bitcoin. I asked her what needed to happen at this point. She advised just to send my Bitcoin info to the payments team per Emma's direction. I am at a loss for words on my experience at this casino and am requesting help because I have followed rules and protocol yet here I am. A couple of hours after Emma, I received an email from Gordan stating the casino made a mistake on their end issuing a denial and that my withdrawal would be sent to the finance department for processing. This is also when I informed him that the bank wire transfer has been changed to Bitcoin and I have sent my Bitcoin info to the appropriate team. Now we wait but my expectations are very low given the entire situation. AskGamblers, please help if you can.Thank you in advance.
