Won $30,000 in September 2020. Cool cat stopped paying and still have $22,500 that is still owed. Unsure what caused the payments to stop. reached out in chat and no progress on what's causing the issue. I have 9 pending withdrawals of 2500. Only 7500 has been paid with no reason given as to why the payments stopped.

Another payment was sent off to our processor, yesterday: 3/30 Paid $5000 + no Service Fee for transactions 207122179 ($2,500), 207122178 ($2,500). I would expect the funds will reach your account early next week (possibly sooner).
Your next payment is scheduled to be sorted on the 3rd...
I'm going to be having surgery on my shoulder today and unfortunately, I will not be able to respond to anyone for several days. Please know that even though I'm not able to respond to complaints and emails (typing and mouse moving are out of the question), I'll still be in daily touch with our Payments Manager to ensure your payments are addressed regularly. I promise, you will not be left hanging with anything. ;-)
I would like to ask a huge favor: As you still have a few payments to be issued to you, it would be a massive help to me if you would be willing to close your complaint. As I already stated, I'll be watching to make sure things continue to run smoothly for you...and of course, if anything were to go off track, you can always re-open the complaint. If you are alright with this, please mention this in your next reply so that AskGamblers can take care of things on their end.
