Withdrew $1507.92 on the 2/9/22, $1225.42 was approved on the 13/09/22, still not received wire transfer.
They tell me payment is on the way but I never get it. I already had verified my details but they asked for proof of identity again which I did but they kept on rejecting it saying it wasn't clear, the casino cleared my ID with online chat but I'm still not getting paid out.

I do see that your payment was sent to our processor, last month: 9/14 Paid $1205+ $20 Service Fee for transaction #225463971. I was unable to find our processor's confirmation of completion, so I reached out to our processor. They stated that there was an issue from our side with the wire details. I've corrected this and I've asked that your wire be sent off as a priority. With this in mind, I would expect the funds will reach your account in the next few days.
