I am resubmitting this complaint due to the amount of my winning and the withdrawals were requested on 01/23/2021 and it is past the timeframe of approving the withdrawals. I have reached out 3/4 times this week and am told “it’s being escalated “ however I know this isn’t going anywhere as it’s still sitting in pending. I’m asking for assistance on these 16 withdrawal requests. Total winning $40,000 on 01/23/2021.

I'm going to be having surgery on my shoulder tomorrow and unfortunately, I will not be able to respond to anyone for several days. Please know that even though I'm not able to respond to complaints and emails (typing and mouse moving are out of the question), I'll still be in daily touch with our Payments Manager to ensure your payments are addressed regularly. I promise, you will not be left hanging with anything. ;-)
I would like to ask a huge favor: As you still have quite a few payments to be issued to you, it would be a massive help to me if you would be willing to close your complaint. As I already stated, I'll be watching to make sure things continue to run smoothly for you...and of course, if anything were to go off track, you can always re-open the complaint.
