Delayed payment and mixed communication
I requested a withdrawal in early July. Finally on July 23rd it was approved, minus the bonus deduction resulting in a final payment of $935.00.
I then had a 2nd withdrawal and this was approved around this same timeframe for final payment $2290.
I’ve been reassured several times that I’ll be getting my money, there are no issues, verification was already completed and approved.
When I reached out to a help email address I asked what the delay was, and I got a response stating they don’t process checks for my state.
That was the last thing I heard from 08/03.
I have received a check in the past from this Casino (about 6months ago) with no issues, and my state hasn’t changed.
