Delayed payment and extremely slow approvals

On 12/9/20 I won a large amount of money from CoolCat Casino. On that day I requested in total 11 withdrawals, totalling approximately $25,000.00. Today is January 18th, 2021 and so far I have received no payment. Thus far I have had one withdrawal in amount of approx. $400 approved for payment on 12/31, sent for processing on 1/4, and not yet received funds. This exceeds the 7-10 day period stated in terms and conditions.

A second withdrawal was approved on 12/12 and as of today, 12/18, not yet sent for payment. There are still 9 withdrawals pending in my account. I was told today by customer service that after a payment is approved and sent, the next will be approved and sent. At this rate I will get my winnings in approximately a year, if the money shows up at all. I am also told that once it is sent to the third party processor for payment they have no control over the wire transfer.

I am sending screen shots of my pending withdrawals and and the activity from my account. I also have multiple chat transcripts that I will gladly forward to you. I am seeking some assistance to a) track the payment that was approved and processed b) get a consistent flow of withdrawals through the approval/processing. They are supposed to approve one withdrawal per pay period (week). I don't believe that any part of their terms and conditions state that it could take up to 12 months to receive winnings from the casino.

Hello, Tawni. I am concerned as well since the funds usually would have shown up by now. The last deposit to hit my account was the wire from the 3rd, which hit my account on the 10th. I'm hoping you will see this and be able to investigate ASAP. Please let me know what you are able to find out. It is not an amount of money that would go unnoticed. I just checke again and still no transfer.

I'm a bit concerned about that final wire, as our processor confirmed it was completed on the 10th. Can you please let me know if you've received the funds?

Regarding bonuses, this is not really in my wheelhouse. What I can tell you is that bonus offerings are based on metrics relating to wins and losses. The simple answer would be for you to lose a bit more...but the best answer would for you to speak with a VIP Manager who can discuss this with you. ;-)

Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
