I received an email on October 9th from Cool Cat saying that my $600 withdrawal would be processed as soon as possible. It has now been 18 days and, according to chat support, it is still not yet approved.
I have tried through chat support 3 times to get an answer and I am always told they will escalate the problem to get this approved. I should have been approved weeks ago.

As you can see, there is a shortfall from your requested withdrawal amount. The reason for this is that you received a bonus ($255) which helped build your withdrawal. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
