I submitted a withdraw request on 24 August 2022 for $1800. After submitting the request, I verified my information through hoyoo as requested by Cool Cat.
As of today 08 September 2022, my withdrawal has not been approved. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I'm pleased to tell you that your payment was sent off to our processor, last week: 9/14 Paid $1512 + no Service Fee for transaction #225459129. Ordinarily I'd say the funds should be in your account in the next day or two, but due to the bank closures in England for the Queen's funeral, I do expect a bit slower delivery. My best guess will be towards the end of this week (hopefully sooner).
